Backstage News On WWE’s Instant Replay Angle, Latest Update On John Cena, Triple H

– The “instant replay” angle WWE used in the Jack Swagger vs. Alberto Del Rio match at Extreme Rules is something officials have talked about using for several months now. They are hyping it as the “first-ever instant replay” used in WWE on their website.

– For those who missed the WWE Extreme Rules post-show Sunday night, John Cena refused a trip to the hospital and got up off the stretcher before it was loaded into the ambulance. Cena tore his neck brace off and walked off with the help of a trainer.

– WWE is promising medical updates on Cena, Ryback, Triple H and others on tonight’s RAW.
